At AnyRom, we provide high-quality digital Retro Games ROMs. As these are non-tangible digital goods, all purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will consider refund or replacement requests under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Digital Product Policy

All products are delivered digitally. After completing your purchase, you will receive a PDF file containing the download link(s) for your Retro Games ROM(s). Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not typically available once files have been accessed or downloaded.

2. Exceptions for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate purchase: You were charged more than once for the same product.
  • Incorrect product: You received a different Retro Games ROM pack than the one you ordered.
  • Corrupted file(s): One or more downloaded files are unusable or fail to open.
  • Missing files: The download is missing advertised Retro Games ROM files.
  • Non-delivery: You did not receive the download email and can provide proof of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe you qualify for a refund or replacement based on the above, please contact us within 14 calendar days of your purchase using the Contact Us page. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Any supporting files or screenshots, if applicable

4. Resolution Process

We will respond to your request within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
